Essar Group

You can find the Essar Group office on the 4th floor of the Madhuri Manor Apartments. We are located in Flat-2, which is right across the street from the Andhra Bank at Lawsons Bay. Visakhapatnam is a great city to work in, and being so close to the coast is a nice bonus. Our office is actually a converted apartment, so it feels more like a home than a stiff business environment. You have to use the lift to get up to us, or take the stairs if you want some exercise. We do not have a massive sign on the building, just a small one by our door so people know they have the right place. Working out of an apartment means things can get a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of project files stacked up. But it is a good, quiet spot for us. We can see the neighborhood activity from our windows, which is nice during breaks. We handle various group activities from this flat, mostly focusing on things happening right here in the local area. There is almost always someone in the little kitchen in the back making a pot of tea. It is not your typical corporate office with cubicles and bright fluorescent lights. It is practical and comfortable, and it suits our way of working just fine. We have been here for years, so the regular residents in the building all know us by name. Lawsons Bay is an easy landmark for anyone coming to visit.
