Our office is situated on the third floor of the building at 49-54-18/1 in Balayya Sastry Layout, right here in the urban part of Visakhapatnam. We go by the name AKSHAYA VIJAYA INFRA LLP. Being up on the third floor means we get a bit of a breeze, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout if the lift is acting up. We are mostly involved in infrastructure work around the city. Visakhapatnam is growing so fast, and there is always some new project starting up somewhere. Our space is pretty functional, filled with various site plans, blueprints, and a lot of folders full of government forms and permits. We aren't really the type for big, polished presentations or corporate jargon. We just sit down with our clients and talk through what needs to be done. Most of our guys have been working in construction and infra for years, so we know the local landscape and the challenges that come with it. It’s a lot of coordinating with laborers and making sure materials arrive on time, which isn't always as easy as it sounds. We don't really do much advertising; we just rely on the work we’ve already done to speak for itself. It’s a busy life in a busy city, and we just keep plugging away at it. Sometimes the deadlines are tight, but we do what we can to keep everything on track and moving in the right direction.
