If you head down Adhikar Hotel Lane in Labbipet, you will find our school tucked away there. It’s a busy part of Vijayawada, and things can get a little crowded during the morning rush. We have been operating here for a good number of years, teaching kids from the surrounding areas. The school building itself is quite traditional, with classrooms that have seen many generations of students pass through. Our days start early with the bell ringing and the sound of students heading to their desks. It’s a lot of work keeping everything moving, from organizing the lunch breaks to making sure the playground is kept in okay shape. The teachers here are mostly locals who have been around for a long time. We aren't trying to be anything other than a solid place for kids to get an education. You'll see the students in their uniforms walking down the lane every afternoon when classes finish. We have some old trees on the property that provide a bit of shade during the hotter months. Sometimes the traffic on the lane makes things a bit noisy, but we are used to it by now. It’s just how life is in this part of town. We focus on the daily lessons and making sure the kids are doing their homework. It is a straightforward school life for everyone involved here in the heart of Labbipet.
