Our place is tucked away at 40-6/3 in the Co-Operative Bank Colony over in Moghalraj Puram. It’s a decent area, mostly residential, so we have plenty of families around us. We operate out of Sri Nilayam, and if you come by, you’ll see it’s a fairly straightforward setup. We have classrooms and a small office where we handle all the administrative stuff. It’s usually pretty lively during the day when the students are around, and you can hear teachers explaining things through the walls. We don't go in for anything too fancy. The desks are simple, and the walls have some charts and student work taped up here and there. Sometimes the tape gives out and the papers fall, so we just stick them back up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to parents about how their kids are doing. It isn't always smooth sailing; sometimes a pipe leaks or we run out of stationary, but we just deal with it as it comes. The staff here is a mix of young and old, all trying to keep things moving in the right direction. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on the daily routine of teaching and making sure the building stays in one piece. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it day by day and hope for the best for the students.
