Jks Bricks

Jks Bricks is our small yard located on Plot No. 31 in Pudur Village. We are part of the Jolarpet Block and the Jolarpettai post office is where our mail goes. We’ve been making bricks in this spot for a long time now. It’s a local operation, and we don't really do much besides the actual brick making. The village is a quiet place except for when we are working the kilns and the tractors are moving. We have a few local people helping us out with the heavy lifting. It’s not a polished business by any means. Our clothes are always dirty and the yard is full of piles of clay and finished bricks. We don't have a marketing team or any of that fancy stuff. People just know us because we've been here in Pudur for so long. The location is convenient for the surrounding areas when people need materials. We deal with the seasons as they come. Sometimes the mud is too wet to work with, and sometimes it's so dry it cracks, but we make it work somehow. It’s a simple life and we are happy to be working for ourselves here. If you need bricks, you just come to Plot 31 and we can figure it out. We aren't big on talk, just on getting the work done every day. We hope to stay here for many more years.
