We're tucked away in Miraton Gardens over in Chicalim. It's actually a pretty nice spot, right at S-2 in Prime Classique. Most of us who work here at Cipla have been in the area for years, so we know the local shops and where to get a decent lunch. You might expect some big glass skyscraper, but this is much more grounded. It’s a busy office, papers everywhere, and phones ringing more than we'd like. Chicalim is a bit quieter than the main Vasco center, which is a relief when traffic gets bad. We spend a lot of time just coordinating things and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always on full blast. We know the neighbors, and they know us. It’s not a glamorous setup, just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. Sometimes we lose power for a bit, but that's just how it goes here. We just get on with it. It’s nice being close to the water, even if we’re mostly stuck inside looking at spreadsheets. It feels like a small team even though the company is huge. That's just the way it is in Goa, everything feels a bit more personal. We've got a lot of boxes moving in and out, and there’s always someone checking a list or looking for a misplaced file. It’s real work.
