Mishrambu Products

We are over at D-44/85C in the Rampura area of Varanasi. This city has its own pace, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Mishrambu Products is basically a local operation where we put together our various goods. The lanes around here are narrow and always busy with people and scooters. Our workspace isn't very large, but we make the most of it. We deal with traditional mixtures and products that people in this region have known for generations. There is usually a sweet or spicy smell in the air depending on what we are mixing that day. It’s a lot of manual work, weighing things out and getting the packaging just right. We have a few old machines that have been with us forever, and they still do the job just fine. Most of the people working here are from the neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that people know our name and what we make. Sometimes the delivery rickshaws get stuck in the traffic outside, which slows us down, but we just take it as it comes. It’s a simple business. We spend our time checking the batches and making sure the bottles are sealed. It’s honest work in a very old part of the world, and we like it that way. We just keep following the same recipes we always have without making much of a fuss.
