Our industrial unit is located at B 34/154 K.R. Batuapura in the Sunderpur area. We are in the rice business, which means our days are dictated by the harvest cycles and the local market. The place isn't anything fancy; it’s just a solid building where we can house our processing equipment. We don’t have a lot of office space because most of the work happens out on the floor. It’s a bit of a maze with all the pipes and conveyors, but we know our way around. We don’t use any corporate slogans or try to sound like a big international company. We are just a local operation in Sunderpur doing our bit. During the busy season, we are here from dawn until late at night, making sure the grain is processed and bagged. When things are quieter, we spend time on repairs and making sure the place stays as clean as a rice mill can be. The neighbors in Batuapura are good people, and we try to keep our operations from being too disruptive. We don’t have a fancy mission or anything like that. We just want to do the work, pay our staff, and keep the business going for another year. It’s straightforward, honest work that requires a lot of patience and a lot of sweeping.
