Food Auteurs Llp is located at Plot Number 511 in Cristian Colony, which is over in the Sigar area. We aren't a big, polished food company. We are just a small team of people who are really into making different kinds of food products. Our building is a simple plot with a kitchen area and a small office attached. It isn't very fancy, but it is where we spend all our time. We do a lot of testing and trying out new ideas with ingredients. Sometimes the kitchen gets really hot and crowded when we are all working on something at the same time. We don't have a big marketing budget or any corporate slogans. We just focus on the food itself. Cristian Colony is a pretty quiet neighborhood, so we try not to make too much noise. Most of our neighbors know us as the people who are always cooking something new. We handle everything from the initial idea to the final packaging right here. It’s a lot of manual work, like peeling, chopping, and stirring. Sometimes we run out of a certain spice and someone has to run down to the local market to grab more. We keep our records in simple notebooks and on one old laptop. We don't have a fancy vision for the future; we just want to keep making food that we are proud of.
