Our place is located at Plot No. 55/56 on A-Road in the G.I.D.C. Estate in Vapi. It’s a large industrial area, so there’s always a lot of smoke and noise from the factories nearby. Sanjay Industrial Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has been here for quite some time now. The workspace is large and mostly filled with equipment and metal parts. It isn't a clean or quiet job. We spend most of our time on the shop floor where it’s hot and greasy. The office part is just a small room near the entrance where we keep the records. Vapi is known for being a tough place to work because of the heat, and our building doesn't have much in the way of cooling. We just drink a lot of water and keep the machines running. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or corporate logos. We are just a group of people who know how to handle engineering work. We have a routine that we follow every day. The road outside is often blocked by big trucks, which makes getting deliveries in and out a bit of a challenge. We just take it as it comes. It’s a gritty, practical environment and we’ve gotten used to the grime over the years. We just focus on the machines and getting the jobs finished on time before the night shift starts.
