Saurashtra Engineering Works

We are over at the 40 Shed Corner in GIDC, specifically at C 1 B-319/3. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always busy and a bit dusty around here. We’ve been running Saurashtra Engineering Works for a good while now. Our day starts early, usually with a lot of noise from the machines. We handle a lot of different engineering tasks, mostly stuff that people in the area need for their own businesses. It’s a practical place, not meant for showing off. We have the usual tools and heavy equipment you’d expect in a shed like this. Some days are slower than others, but there’s always something to clean or a machine to oil. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our corner stays pretty much the same. People know where to find us when they have a technical problem that needs a hands-on fix. We don’t use a lot of fancy words for what we do. It’s just engineering. We take the blueprints or the ideas and try to make them real. Sometimes it takes a bit of trial and error. That’s just how it goes with metal and mechanics. We’re usually here until late if a job needs finishing. It’s just how we work. Our shed isn't pretty, but the work we do inside it is solid and reliable for the neighbors.
