Hindustan Chemical Industries

Hindustan Chemical Industries is located at No.: C-1, B-775 in the 40 Shed Area of Gidc. It’s a very industrial setting and that suits us just fine because of the work we do. The 40 Shed Area is always full of activity with trucks loading and unloading and people moving supplies back and forth all day. Our shed isn't anything special to look at from the outside but inside we keep it very busy with all sorts of chemical processing and storage. We have been here for a good amount of time now and we’ve seen the Gidc area change and grow over the years. It’s a hot place to work in the summer months especially under the metal roof but we have some fans and we get through it. We aren't much for corporate meetings or long presentations. Most of our day is spent actually handling the products and making sure the orders are ready on time. If a truck is late we just wait it out and maybe have some tea with the driver until they arrive. It’s a very practical environment for us. We know our neighbors well and we sometimes trade favors when someone’s equipment breaks down or they need a hand. We’re just a small part of the big industrial machine here and we are happy to keep things running in our own corner without having any big ego about it.
