At Varsha Chemicals, we’re located at Plot No. 70/33-34 in the 1st Phase of the GIDC, specifically in the J Type Area. The GIDC is a big place, but the J Type section has its own feel. We deal with various chemical formulations and spent a lot of our time making sure the drums are labeled and the mixes are consistent. It’s a lot of routine, but in this business, routine is a good thing. We have a few tanks and some mixing equipment that we keep running throughout the week. The floor is usually a bit damp from cleaning, and there’s always that faint smell of whatever we’re working on that day. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us in the back. We started out small and have just kept things going at a steady pace. The 1st Phase of the GIDC is one of the older parts, so the buildings have some character. We’ve survived some tough seasons and some busy ones too. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep the shipments moving. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and doing the work. We like the quiet life of the J Type Area and just focus on our chemical batches.
