We’ve been here at Gidc Vapi for a good while now. Our spot is at 801, 801/23 on the III Rd Phase, which gets pretty busy during the day. If you know this area, you know how the trucks get lined up and the dust that comes with it. We handle a lot of different things here at Aarti Industries Ltd., mostly keeping busy with the daily grind of running a plant in this part of Pardi. The weather in Gujarat doesn't make things easier, especially in the summer when the heat hits the shed roofs. It’s mostly about getting the work done and making sure everything is loaded up on time. We spend most of our mornings just going through the logs and checking the inventory. It isn't anything fancy. Just a lot of noise from the neighboring units and the smell of the industrial zone. Some of us have been working here for years, so we know the shortcuts through the estate to avoid the traffic. We don't spend much time on the computer unless it’s for the basics. Most of the real work happens on the floor or out back near the loading docks. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs a quick fix, and that's just how the day goes. We keep it moving. It's a practical place, nothing like those shiny offices you see in the city center. We just focus on what's in front of us.
