Pratibha Engineering

Pratibha Engineering is situated at C-1B, Plot No. 655, 100 Shed Area, Silvassa Road, Nr. Suparna Chemicals, Gidc, Vapi. Our shop is where we do all the engineering work, and it’s a place filled with the smell of oil and the sound of metal being worked on. We have lathes and other machines that take up most of the room. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but we’ve learned how to move around each other over the years. The 100 Shed Area is a busy spot, and there’s always something going on next door. Being on Silvassa Road means we get a lot of traffic passing by, but we mostly stay inside the shed focusing on the blueprints and the parts we are making. We started Pratibha Engineering as a small venture and it’s stayed pretty much that way. We don't have a big HR department or a sales team. When a customer needs something, they usually just talk to one of the guys on the shop floor. The gate is usually left open to let some air in because the machines make the place quite warm. We just make sure the parts are made correctly according to what's needed. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do at Plot No. 655. Vapi is a tough place to work during the monsoons, but we keep the shop running regardless of the weather. We’ve been here a long time now.
