You can find Lalchand Techno Engineers at Plot No.- 318/8. We’re located in the 40 Shed Area of G.I.D.C. It’s one of those places that feels very industrial because it is. We have our equipment set up in the shed and we spend the majority of our hours there. Engineering work requires a lot of focus, but we don't treat it like some high-tech lab. It’s a workshop, plain and simple. There are blueprints on the desks and oil on the floor. Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, and we have to sit down and figure out a workaround. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out. The 40 Shed Area is always bustling with activity. You hear other workshops grinding and welding all day long. It becomes a kind of background music after a while. We’ve been in this G.I.D.C. patch for years and have seen plenty of businesses come and go. We just stay focused on our own plot. Our goal is just to finish the work that’s in front of us. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our engineering tasks properly so we can go home to our families. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living and we’re fine with that.
