Calibre Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is located out in the G.I.D.C. Estate in Sarigam. Specifically, we’re at Plot No. 91, A/B, 903. It’s a big industrial area, and it can be a bit of a drive to get out here. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time. The office is right there with the production side of things, so it’s never really quiet. You can always hear the hum of machinery or the sound of forklifts outside. We don’t have much in the way of fancy decorations. There are some whiteboards with schedules and a lot of safety signs posted around. It’s a working environment, plain and simple. We spend our days looking at production numbers and making sure the shipping containers are loaded correctly. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down, and then it’s all hands on deck to fix it. We aren’t into big corporate speeches. We’d rather just get the batches done and out the door. The canteen food is okay, nothing to write home about, but it gets us through the shift. Sarigam is a long way from the city, but we like the space we have here. It’s just a group of people working hard in the heat of the industrial belt. We keep our boots by the door and just get on with it every morning.
