Our place is out in Naroli Village, specifically at 174/1 on Kannadi Road. It’s a lot different from the big city offices. In Silvassa, things move a little slower, which we don’t mind at all. The air feels a bit different out here, and we have a lot of space compared to some of our other locations. Western Refrigeration Pvt Ltd. isn't some high-rise glass building. It’s a sturdy, practical building that fits the landscape. Some mornings you can hear the birds before the trucks start rolling in. We have a small crew here, and everyone knows each other’s business. It makes the day go by faster when you’re working with people you’ve known for years. We usually start early to beat the heat, as it can get quite warm in this part of the country. The office is pretty basic—just desks, some computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We don't have any big speeches about what we do; we just show up and do it. If someone needs something, they just holler across the room. It’s a bit informal, maybe, but it works for us. Living and working in a village like Naroli means you see the same faces every day at the local shops. It’s a quiet life, but we’re busy enough to keep from getting bored. We just focus on our daily counts and making sure everything is where it should be.
