Geo Impex Private Limited

Our place is over at B-5 in the Friends Industrial Estate. It’s in the Sherpur area, right across from where Aarti Steels is located. If you know the Focal Point area, you know it’s mostly warehouses and factories. It’s a dusty part of town with a lot of heavy trucks moving in and out all day long. Geo Impex Private Limited operates out of one of these units. It’s a very functional space. We don’t have fancy carpets or a reception desk with flowers or anything like that. It’s mostly concrete floors and shelves for the goods we handle. The air usually smells like metal and exhaust from the industrial work going on nearby. It’s loud, and sometimes the whole building vibrates when a big truck goes past on the main road. We don’t mind it much because that’s the sound of work getting done. My team and I spend the day checking inventory and making sure the crates are packed right. It’s physical work and it can be tiring, especially in the summer heat when the metal roof gets warm. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. We’re just a small private company trying to do a decent job in a busy industrial zone. There’s no ego here, just people doing their shifts and making sure the business stays afloat. It’s exactly what you’d expect from a place in Focal Point.
