Friend'S Bakers

We've been at Shop No. LG-1 & 2 in the Mohid Tower for a good while now. It's right on Daman Road in Chala. Most mornings start pretty early here because the ovens need time to get hot before anyone even walks through the door. It’s a bit of a basement-level spot, but folks find us okay. We mostly spend our time dealing with flour and sugar, making sure the bread and the biscuits are ready for the morning rush. There’s always someone in the back mixing something or checking the timers. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work with the counters we have. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the front for a minute, but that’s just how it goes on this road. We see a lot of the same faces coming in from around Chala every day. Some people just want a quick loaf of bread, while others spend more time looking at the cakes in the glass case. It gets a bit warm near the back where the baking happens, especially in the afternoons. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there’s flour on just about everything, including our clothes. It’s just a regular shop where we do our work and hope the batches turn out right. We don't really do anything fancy, just the usual stuff you'd expect from a place like ours.
