Multipack Packaging

Multipack Packaging is over at unit number 6 in the Samarth Industrial Estate. We’re in the 100 Shed Area of the G.I.D.C., not too far from Mahavir Nagar. Our shop is full of boxes, rolls of plastic, and all kinds of packaging stuff. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand for the regular customers. The machines can be noisy when they’re running, so we usually have to talk a bit louder to hear each other. We aren't some big high-tech factory. We’re just a local packaging place where we do things by hand or with simple machines. People from around the area come to us when they need stuff wrapped or boxed up for their own businesses. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. The floor is concrete and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it’s a good place to work. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working near the back or loading up a cart. We just try to get the orders finished on time. It’s hard work and it gets quite hot in the summer, but we like being part of the GIDC community. It’s just how we make our living and keep things going for our families.
