Canon Image Square

We’re located in Shop No. 2 at the Fortune Square Mall, which is right next to the Royal Dream Society on the Vapi-Daman Road in Chala. It’s a good spot because people come to the mall for all sorts of things. Canon Image Square is where we spend our days talking about cameras and printers. It’s a retail space, so it’s a bit cleaner than a factory, but it still feels like a workspace. We have cameras on display and boxes of ink and paper stacked in the back. Most of the time, we’re just helping people figure out which camera fits their hands or explaining how a certain lens works. We don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. We just talk to folks like normal. The mall gets busy on weekends, but during the week it’s a bit more relaxed. We have a few chairs for people to sit down while they wait. The light comes in through the front windows, and we can see the traffic on the Vapi-Daman Road. It’s a simple shop. We don’t have a big corporate manual on how to talk to people; we just try to be helpful. It’s a nice way to spend the day, seeing the photos people want to print or the gear they’re excited about. We just take it one customer at a time and keep things running smoothly.
