Excel Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is located at Excel Estate, which is near a place called Vashier in Valsad. Our mailing address is P.B. No. 18, but most people just look for the big gates near the turn-off. Valsad is a nice place, much quieter than the big cities, and being out near Vashier means we have some greenery around us. We handle electrical components and supplies, so our warehouse is usually full of boxes and the smell of new plastic and copper. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even if the name sounds a bit more official. We have people who have been working with us for over twenty years, and we all know each other's families. The weather in Valsad can be quite unpredictable, especially during the monsoon when it pours down for days, and the road to the estate gets a bit muddy. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just answer the phone, take the orders, and make sure the electrical parts are packed properly so they don't break during shipping. The office is a bit old-fashioned with wooden desks and stacks of paper files, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, we just want to keep the lights on and provide for our workers. It’s a steady life and we wouldn't change much about it.
