We are located out in Village Kala, specifically around Survey No. 116/1 and 116/2 in the Amboli area. It is a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't used to the roads, but it gives us the space we need for the manufacturing side of things. Guarniflon India is basically a place where we handle a lot of industrial materials and processing. The facility is large, and it stays pretty loud during the shift hours. We have a mix of local workers from the surrounding villages and some technical staff who come in from further away. The weather out here can be a bit unpredictable, especially during the monsoon when the roads get muddy. We’ve had to fix the roof a couple of times after heavy winds. It’s a very hands-on environment. You won't find many people wearing suits around here; it’s mostly work boots and uniforms. We spend a lot of time maintaining the machinery and making sure everything is running like it should. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to switch over to the backup generators, which is just part of life in this location. We don’t really have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the orders we have and try to get them shipped out on time. It’s a solid, hardworking place where we just get on with the job.
