Kitec Industries (India) Ltd.

Our place is at 8 Madhuban Industrial Area in Rakholi. Being in an industrial zone means there is a lot of activity around us all the time. We see trucks coming and going and there is always the sound of machinery from the nearby units. Kitec Industries has its operations set up here because the space works well for what we need to do. It is a large area with high ceilings and plenty of room for our equipment. The weather in Rakholi can be quite tough sometimes especially when it rains and the roads get muddy around the estate. We have a set routine that we follow every day to make sure everything stays on track. The staff here is mostly local and they have been with us through various changes over the years. We don't have a polished front office. Most of our time is spent on the floor where the real work happens. It is a practical environment and we don't spend money on things that aren't necessary for the business. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the supplies are handled correctly. The Madhuban Industrial Area is a busy hub and we are just one part of it. We value being consistent and getting the work done without making a big fuss about things. It is just a normal day-to-day operation for us at number 8 and we plan to stay that way for the future.
