Swastik Engineers

Swastik Engineers is over at Plot No. 748 in the New Gidc area of Gundlav. It’s a standard industrial plot where we do a lot of our engineering tasks. Most days start with checking the machines and seeing what jobs are lined up for the week. We have a mix of old and new equipment here. The floor is usually covered with some oil or metal shavings, which is pretty common for a shop like ours. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to the people who come by needing parts or repairs. Gundlav is a decent place to work, though it can get dusty when the wind picks up. We have a small crew, and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. There isn't much hierarchy; we just all pitch in to get the parts finished. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it instead of producing, which can be frustrating but that is part of the job. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job is going to take three days, we tell them it will take three days. We don't like to overcomplicate things. It’s just a regular engineering shop doing regular work for the local industries around us.
