Yogi Land & Estate Agency

Our office is tucked into Rajveer Tower on Old Padra Road. If you know the Tube Company area, we are right near there in Akota. It’s a busy spot, and the parking can be a bit of a challenge some afternoons, but we make it work. Yogi Land & Estate Agency is basically just a room where we handle land deals and housing stuff. We’ve seen this road change so much over the years. It used to be much quieter. Now, there’s always something going on. We spend a lot of time talking to people who want to sell a plot or find a new apartment. We don't use any fancy software to tell us what a place is worth; we just look at what people are actually paying. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, and other days three families show up at once. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the current color is fine for now. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to get the job done right for the people who walk through the door. Most of our clients come from word of mouth anyway. They know we are here in unit 7 and that we’ve been around the block a few times. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra fluff. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It might not look like much, but we know what we're doing here.
