Parekhs Real Eastate

Parekhs Real Estate is based out of Chhani Jakat Naka. It’s a simple office, nothing too fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone or out in the car showing people different plots and buildings around the area. Chhani Jakat Naka is a busy spot, so there’s always people moving through. We’ve lived and worked around here for a long time, so we know the streets and the neighborhoods pretty well. It's not like the big corporate offices you see in the city center. We keep things pretty informal. If someone wants to talk about a property, we just sit down and go over the details over a cup of tea. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, especially when there are a lot of rules to follow, but we just take it one page at a time. The office can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually leave the door open to get a bit of a breeze. We don't really do much advertising; most people just find us because they saw the sign or heard about us from a neighbor. It's a lot of driving around and waiting for people to show up for appointments. We just try to be helpful and give people the information they’re looking for without making it too complicated.
