Alchemy Real Estate

We've been here at the Alembic Corp. Office on Alembic Road for a while now. Most people know the spot. Alchemy Real Estate is just us working out of this space. It's not a huge fancy operation, just a regular office where we handle property stuff. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook, other times it's quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork. Dealing with houses and land around here keeps us pretty busy. We see a lot of people coming in and out of the area. The road gets busy during rush hour, so we usually try to get in early. Usually, one of us is brewing tea in the back. The commute isn't too bad if you time it right. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and us trying to figure out the local market. Some days are better than others, but that's how it goes in this business. We know the neighborhood well enough since we spend all day here. If you're looking for the office, just head down Alembic Road and look for the main building. We're usually around during the week. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to get work done. We've seen the area change quite a bit over the years. We just keep doing what we do every day. It is practical work for us.
