We've been here at Alembic Road 2nd Stage for a while now. Dealing with property around here isn't always straightforward, but we handle the paperwork and the showings for folks looking to buy or rent. It’s a busy spot. Most days we are just answering the phone or heading out to look at a site. Our office is easy enough to find if you're in the neighborhood. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the usual stuff like helping people find a place to live or sorting out a sale. People come in with a lot of questions about prices and titles, and we try to give them straight answers based on what we see happening on the street. It’s mostly local people stopping by. Sometimes the coffee machine works, sometimes it doesn't. We keep a desk full of files and a map of the area on the wall. It’s a job that keeps us on our feet. If you walk past the 2nd Stage shops, you’ll probably see us inside. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the roads around here pretty well. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get the deals done so everyone can move on with their day. It gets loud with the traffic outside, but we like it here. There's always someone coming in for a chat about the local market, and we just listen and help.
