Our agency is based at shop number five on the ground floor of the GEB Panorama Complex. It is a convenient spot for people to visit since they don't have to climb any stairs. We have been here for a while and have seen many businesses come and go in the complex. Our office is quite basic. We have our desks, some maps of the local area on the walls, and a lot of folders. We focus on the property market right around here. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or walking around to look at different flats and plots. We aren't interested in being a big, fancy company. We prefer to keep things simple and honest. When someone walks in, we just have a seat and talk about what they are looking for over a glass of water. The GEB Panorama Complex is a good landmark, so people usually don't have trouble finding us. We know the layout of the buildings nearby and what the current rates are for different types of spaces. It is just a matter of being around every day and knowing the local area. We don't make any big promises, we just show people what is available and help them with the paperwork if they decide to move forward with a place. It is just straightforward work.
