If you’re trying to find Yash Estate Agency, you have to head down to Dandia Bazar. We are in the Panchal Industrial Estate area. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but look for the lane opposite the Rajdhani Hotel. We are right beside K P Electricals, in the Parkarwada Flat. It’s not the easiest place to find on your first try, but once you see the electrical shop, you’re basically there. The office is small and usually smells a bit like the tea we make every hour. We have folders and property listings scattered all over the place. It’s a busy little corner of the city, and there’s always someone moving something or a truck blocking the lane. We spend our days talking to landlords and people looking for a place to stay or work. It’s a lot of talking and walking. We’ve lived in this part of town for a long time, so we know the history of most of these buildings. We don't have a big staff, just us handles everything from the paperwork to the keys.
