Our office is on Rajmahal Road in the Shanti Bhuvan building. We are on the first floor. This is an older part of Vadodara, so it has that classic feel to it that you don't find in the newer areas. We deal with real estate around this area and the rest of the city too. It's a busy street, with lots of cars, bikes, and people going about their business. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s not a shiny new skyscraper, but it works for us. Most of our time is spent talking to folks who want to sell their old family homes or someone looking to move into the area for work. It’s a lot of listening and trying to match people up with what they actually need. We don't really do the big corporate presentation thing. We just sit around the table and talk things through. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of all the traffic on the road outside, but we don't mind much. It’s a real place with real people working there every day. We know the history of some of these buildings on Rajmahal Road because we've lived and worked here so long. It’s a steady kind of work and it keeps us occupied. We aren't in any rush to grow too big too fast. We just take each day as it comes and try to be helpful to anyone who stops by the office.
