Vario Controls

Vario Controls is based in the GIDC area of Makarpura, at 162/D. If you’ve ever been to an industrial estate like this, you know exactly what it’s like. It’s a grid of buildings where everyone is focused on production. We work with controls and electrical components, so our space is a bit cleaner than a heavy machine shop, but it’s still very much a working environment. There are wires and circuit boards and testing equipment all over the place. We spend a lot of time sitting at benches with soldering irons or testing meters. It requires a steady hand and a bit of focus. The air in Makarpura can be heavy in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who understand how these systems work. Usually, our days are filled with troubleshooting or assembling panels based on what a customer needs. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have heard about us from others in the GIDC. It’s a simple way of doing business, based on actually knowing the technical side of the job. We like the independence of being here in Makarpura and just doing our own thing every day without any corporate oversight.
