You can find our place at Plot No. 887/4, right near the Kiran Motor Chokdi in the Makarpura GIDC area. If you know the neighborhood, we are quite close to where Time Transport operates. It’s a very busy part of town with trucks moving in and out at all hours. We handle different kinds of equipment and machinery. Our yard is usually stacked with crates and metal components that we’re moving around. It isn't a quiet office. There is always the sound of something being loaded or a motor running somewhere. We started out with just a couple of us, and we haven’t really changed how we do things much over the years. We don't use a lot of fancy technology to track things; we still rely on our notebooks and knowing where we put stuff on the shelves. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't have a polished showroom. It’s just a practical space where we get things ready for our customers. We aren't trying to be the most famous company in Gujarat. We just want to provide the equipment people ask for without making a big fuss about it. The office is a bit small and the air conditioning is temperamental, but it works for us.
