Indigenous Engineering Services

Our spot is at B/301 in Shubh Enclave, right on Vadsar Road. We’re quite close to Billa Bong School, so we hear the kids during recess sometimes. Indigenous Engineering Services is basically just our office where we handle all the technical bits and pieces. It’s a bit cramped with all the drawings and papers scattered around, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will be at a desk looking at a blueprint or a computer screen. Vadsar Road has changed a lot since we moved in, but we like staying here. It’s a bit out of the way from the heaviest traffic, which helps us focus. We aren't really the type to wear suits and ties every day. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for working. We deal with real problems and try to find practical solutions that actually work. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes we're out on a site getting our shoes dirty, and other times we're just here in the office trying to get the math right. We just do our work and hope it helps someone out. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be tackled next.
