Honest Engineering

Honest Engineering is located in the Chhani area, right behind the Bombay Restaurant and near the Navayard Bus Stand. It’s a convenient spot because we can always grab a quick bite at the restaurant when we are too busy to go home for lunch. The bus stand means there are always people around, and it can get quite hectic with the traffic. Our place is basically a large garage filled with all sorts of mechanical stuff. We have some heavy-duty benches and a lot of wrenches and hammers hanging on the walls. It isn't a modern facility with shiny floors. Everything here is built for function. We spend a lot of time on our knees or leaning over machines, so our backs usually ache by the time we lock up for the night. The Chhani area has grown a lot, but we’ve stayed in the same spot. We don't spend money on advertising. Most of the people who come here have been coming for years or were told about us by a friend. We just look at the problem, try to figure out how to fix it, and get to work. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to arrive, so the shop gets cluttered with half-finished projects. It is just the way things go in a small engineering business. We keep at it every day, making sure the machines are running as well as they can.
