Vadodara Properties

Vadodara Properties is a small outfit located in the Karelibaug area. We have been operating from here for a long time. Karelibaug is a nice part of the city, and we feel lucky to have our base here. Our office isn't something you would see in a magazine. It’s just a place with some desks, a few old cupboards, and a lot of maps of the local area. We spend most of our time out and about, looking at different sites or meeting with owners. When we are in the office, we are usually on the phone or writing down notes. We don't have a team of secretaries or a fancy lobby. It is just us doing the daily grind. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. If someone asks about a specific corner or a building, we usually know exactly what they are talking about. We don't use big words or try to confuse people with jargon. It’s just property work. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, and other days everyone wants something at the same time. We take it as it comes.
