Utsav Ice Cream

Utsav Ice Cream is located at Shop No 51 inside the Lalbahadur Shastri Shopping Centre. We are right near Sangam Char Rasta, which is a pretty busy intersection in this area. Being in a shopping centre means there’s always something happening around us. We get people coming in after they’ve finished their grocery shopping or while they’re waiting for a bus at the crossroads. Our shop is small, just one of many in the long row of shutters, but we try to make it feel welcoming. It’s mostly just us behind the counter, serving up scoops and packing containers for people to take home. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything, just the shop number 51 and our name. The shopping centre can get quite crowded on the weekends, especially when there’s a holiday. We spend a lot of time just keeping things organized and making sure we don’t run out of the popular flavors. It’s a lot of work keeping a small ice cream shop going, but we’ve been doing it at this spot for a good long time. People know they can find us here near the char rasta. We don’t try to be the biggest or the flashiest place around; we just want to provide something cold and sweet for the folks who live and shop in this part of town. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We just keep things moving every day.
