Rajesthan Ice Cream Palour

Our little ice cream shop is right here in Wadi, at Bhandareshwer Pole. It's a tight squeeze in Pomli Faliya sometimes, especially when the evening rush starts. We've been serving the local crowd in Baroda for a good bit of time now. The name on the door says Rajesthan Ice Cream Palour, and that’s exactly what people find inside. We aren't some big chain with bright neon lights. It’s just a counter and some freezers. We keep the place clean, though it gets a bit hectic when kids come in after school. Being at number 1 in this lane means we see everyone passing by. Some days are hotter than others, and that’s when we’re really busy. We don't have a big menu with fancy names. Just the flavors people around here like. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you might see different faces behind the counter depending on the time of day. The building is old, like most things in this part of Baroda. We don't mind the noise from the street. It feels like home to us. We just want to make sure the ice cream is cold and the customers are satisfied before they walk back out into the heat. We've been at 390017 since we started. Nothing much changes around here, and we like it that way. It is a simple life for us here in the lane.
