The Food Hub

You can find The Food Hub on the ground floor of the Aryaman Complex. We are at number 12, right on Jetalpur Road here in Vadodara. It’s a busy street, and we are situated near Ranchodray Masala. If you see Pizza Bell, we are just opposite that. This part of 390020 always has something going on. We started this place because we wanted to be in the middle of the action on Jetalpur Road. It is not a huge space, but we make it work. We spend most of our time in the back getting things ready. We don't use a lot of fancy equipment, just standard stoves and pots. The people who come here are usually working nearby or just passing through the complex. We try to keep the place organized, though it gets a bit crowded during the lunch hour. We don't spend money on big ads. We just hope the food speaks for itself when people stop by. The neighborhood knows us as the small shop in Aryaman. We’ve seen other businesses come and go, but we are still here at our little spot. It's a lot of long hours, but that is what you do when you run a small food business. We just keep the lights on and the kitchen going for whoever walks through the door and wants something to eat.
