Our place is at 108 Hathi Khana in the Fatepura area. We have been working with casein here for a long time. It is a specific type of trade and the smell of the warehouse is something you get used to after a few days. Fatepura is a really old part of town, and Hathi Khana always has a lot of trucks moving in and out with goods. Our building is quite old too, with thick walls that keep it a bit cooler in the summer. We don't have a fancy front office for visitors because most of our work happens in the back where the processing is done. We have a few workers who have been with us since the beginning. My dad started this whole thing years ago, and I just sort of stepped in when he couldn't do the heavy lifting anymore. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. We just rely on the fact that we have been here at number 108 for so long that people know where to send their orders. Sometimes we have to deal with broken machinery or late deliveries, but that is just how it goes in this business. It is a simple life and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We usually have a bit of a mess on the desks with all the invoices, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we do things here.
