This office is tucked away in the Vraj Vihar Apartment complex in Ellorapark, right behind the Bank of India. If you know the Laxami Kunj Society, we are just a stone’s throw from there. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a big name like Pepsico, being in an apartment building, but it works for what we need here in Vadodara. We handle a lot of the local coordination and paperwork from this desk. It’s not a huge factory or anything, just a practical space where a few of us sit and look after things. Sometimes the parking in the society can be a bit tight, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We spend our days talking to distributors and making sure the crates get where they need to go across Gujarat. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always on full blast. We’ve been based in this part of Vadodara for some time now. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on numbers and logistics. Most people in the building know who we are by now. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just the regular grind of keeping the supply chain moving. It’s honest work, and we just try to keep things organized so there aren't any hiccups in the deliveries. It’s a small team, but we get the job done without much fuss.
