Unity Estate Agency is located at number 8 on Gotri Road. Specifically, we’re in the Saikruti Complex on Amruthalli Main Road. If you know where Shakti Farshan is, we are right above them. It’s a handy location because everyone knows the food place downstairs. The smell of snacks sometimes wafts up to our office, which can be a bit of a distraction when we’re hungry. Our space is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders. We don't go in for anything too fancy. We’re just here to help people figure out their property stuff. It gets busy during the middle of the week, and the stairs up to the office see a lot of foot traffic. We’ve got a good view of the street from our window, so we can see what’s going on in the neighborhood. We aren't some big chain. It’s just a local operation where we know the streets and the buildings around here pretty well. We spend most of our time on the phone or out looking at sites. When we are in the office, we’re usually trying to catch up on the paperwork. It’s a simple way to do business, but it keeps us busy. We like the area and the people, so it works out fine for everyone. We've been here a long time and plan to stay for many more years to come.
