Udar Land & Estate is a local business located at G 4 in the Siddhivinayak Complex. We are right on Atmajyoti Ashram Road in Chandan Nagar. If you know where the Bank of India is, we are directly opposite that. It’s a convenient spot on the ground floor. We’ve been working out of this office for quite some time now. It’s not a huge place, just a simple office for managing land and estate matters. We don’t have any glossy brochures or high-pressure tactics. Most of the people we talk to are just regular folks looking to figure out something with their property. We know the Atmajyoti Ashram Road area very well because we spend so much time here. The office has a few chairs and a lot of files. We aren't really interested in looking like a big corporate firm. We’d rather just be known as the people who know what they are talking about when it comes to local real estate. The street outside can get pretty crowded during banking hours since we are across from the Bank of India. It makes for a lot of foot traffic and sometimes it's hard to find a spot to park. We usually just keep the door open and handle whatever comes our way. It’s a straightforward life, and we like it that way. No big promises, just honest talk and regular work hours. We’ve seen the neighborhood change and we're glad to be part of it.
