Trilok Property Deal Pvt Ltd is based right here in Vadodara. Our office is situated at A/2011 on the Ring Road, just near where it meets Old Padra Road. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always something happening outside our window. We spend our days dealing with various property matters for people in the city. Vadodara is growing so fast these days that it feels like there’s a new building every time you turn around. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The office is easy enough to find if you know the Ring Road area. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know the local market well. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the traffic. We don't go in for any of that high-pressure sales stuff. We just talk to people about what they need and see if we can help them find a spot. The parking can be a bit of a gamble near the building, so maybe don't bring a huge car if you can help it. We keep things pretty straightforward and plain. No big corporate meetings here, just a lot of map reading and talking over tea. We’re just local people doing our bit in the property world. It gets the job done.
