We have been running Thakkar Estate Agency for quite some time now from our office at 102/ 2 Alkapuri 3rd Main Road. It is situated in the 3rd Block and is very easy to find because we are right near the Alkapuri petrol pump. Our space is not very large, but it is where all the work happens. Most of the time, you will find one of us sitting at the front desk handling phone calls or looking through local listings. The area around the petrol pump is usually busy, which keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of our day walking around the 3rd Block showing houses to people who want to move into the neighborhood. We know the streets here very well. It is a local business, so we do not have any big corporate rules or fancy uniforms. We just talk to people like neighbors. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the files and maps lying around, but we know where everything is. People in Alkapuri often stop by just to ask what is happening with the property prices or to see if any new shops are opening up. We try to give them the honest facts without any extra talk. It is a simple way to work, and it seems to suit the folks around here. We just focus on the houses and plots in this specific part of town.
