Tavkkal Enginearing Works

Tavkkal Enginearing Works is located right in front of the Nisath Complex on Palatwada Road. It’s a bit of a walk if you’re coming from the main parts of Nawabwada Asoj, but we are easy to spot once you get to the 4th Main and the 9th A Cross. The shop is mostly just a big open space where we keep all the equipment. It’s often dusty because of all the work going on, but nobody really minds. We’ve got a few guys who have been working here for years. We don’t really go in for fancy titles or anything. Everyone just knows what they have to do when a new job comes in. The Palatwada Road area has changed a lot over the years, with more buildings going up, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We have some heavy machines that make a lot of noise, so it’s never exactly quiet around here. During the summers, it gets really hot inside, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through. We aren't really the type of people to sit in an air-conditioned office. We’d rather be out on the floor making sure things are getting done right. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. If you ever need to find us, just look for the 9th A Cross near the complex. We’ve always got some project or another going on and the radio is usually playing somewhere in the back.
