Mahavir Engineering

Our workshop for Mahavir Engineering is located at Plot No. 493-7 in the GIDC Ind. Estate. It’s a smallish plot, but we make the most of the space we have inside. Engineering is what we do, so there’s always metal being cut, drilled, or joined together by the team. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready environment, with tools hanging on the walls and spare parts tucked into any corner they fit. We don't have a big staff, just a few guys who have been doing this for years and know exactly how to handle the machines without making a mess. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by midday, so we have to sweep up before we leave for the night. We don't really have a proper office, just a small corner with a table where we can look at drawings or have a quick cup of tea. It’s a practical place, and we don't worry much about how things look as long as the work is done right and the customers are satisfied. The GIDC estate is a good place for us because we’re surrounded by other people doing similar things. If we need a specific bolt or a piece of steel, someone nearby usually has it in stock. We don't do any big advertising. People mostly find us because they know where we are or heard about our work from someone else.
