Swaminarayan Estate Agency

Our office is located at Sb 12 in the Amrapali Complex. It is part of the Makhdum Miya Society in Karelibaug. We go by Swaminarayan Estate Agency. Most of what we do involves the local real estate around this neighborhood. We spend a lot of time walking around looking at different flats and shops to see what is available. It is a lot of back and forth between the office and different sites. Karelibaug is a nice area but it can get quite congested during the market hours. Inside the complex, it is a bit quieter. We have a few desks and some maps of the local divisions on the wall. People usually drop by to ask about rents or if anyone is selling their old house. We try to keep track of who is moving in and out. It is not like those big corporate offices you see in the city center. We keep it simple here. Sometimes we share a tea with the people from the next shop. There is always some paperwork to fill out, which takes up a good chunk of the afternoon. We have been in this complex for some time now, so most of the regulars know where we sit. It is just a steady rhythm of work, day in and day out, helping neighbors find a place that fits what they are looking for in this part of town.
